  3. Do not upload, post, display, or publish Content on AllAdmirers that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening or harassing, or which encourages or promotes violence or any illegal activity.
  4. Do not use AllAdmirers in any way which may exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm any individual under 18 years old, for example by exposing them to inappropriate Content.
  5. Do not upload, post, display, or publish Content on AllAdmirers that:

    1. shows, includes or refers to:

      1. any individual under 18 years old (or which refers to individuals under 18 years old generally); or
      2. any other individual unless you have written documentation which confirms that all individuals shown or included or referred to in your Content are at least 18 years old, and you have a written consent from each individual to use their name or images (or both) in the Content;
    2. shows, promotes, advertises or refers to:

      1. firearms, weapons, or any goods whose sale, possession or use is subject to prohibitions or restrictions;
      2. drugs or drug paraphernalia;
      3. self-harm or suicide;
      4. incest;
      5. bestiality;
      6. violence, rape, lack of consent, hypnosis, intoxication, sexual assault, torture, sadomasochistic abuse or hardcore bondage, extreme fisting, or genital mutilation;
      7. necrophilia;
      8. urine, scatological, or excrement-related material;
      9. "revenge porn" (being any sexually explicit material featuring any individual who has not given prior, express and fully informed consent to that material (a) being taken, captured, or otherwise memorialized, or (b) being posted and shared on AllAdmirers);
      10. escort services, sex trafficking, or prostitution;
    3. contains unsolicited sexual content or unsolicited language that sexually objectifies another User or anyone else in a non-consensual way, or contains fake or manipulated sexual content in relation to another User or anyone else (including "deepfakes");
    4. contains, promotes, advertises or refers to hate speech (being Content intended to vilify, humiliate, dehumanize, exclude, attack, threaten, or incite hatred, fear of, or violence against, a group or individual based on race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, caste, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious disease, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic);
    5. contains or refers to anyone else's personal data or private or confidential information (for example, telephone numbers, location information (including street addresses and GPS coordinates), names, identity documents, email addresses, log-in credentials forAllAdmirers including passwords and security questions, financial information including bank account and credit card details, biometric data, and medical records) without that person's express written consent;
    6. either:

      1. in the case of Content featuring public nudity, was recorded in or is being broadcast from a country, State or province where public nudity is illegal; or
      2. in the case of Content featuring sexual activities, was recorded in or is being broadcast from a public place where members of the public are reasonably likely to see the activities being performed (this does not include outdoor places where members of the public are not present, for example private property such as a private backyard, or secluded areas in nature where members of the public are not present).
    7. gives the impression that it comes from or is approved, licensed or endorsed by us or any other person or company;
    8. causes or is calculated to cause inconvenience, or anxiety to anyone else or which is likely to upset, embarrass, or cause serious offence to anyone else;
    9. is used or is intended to be used to extract money or another benefit from anyone else in exchange for removal of the Content; and/or
    10. involves or promotes third-party commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes and other sales promotions, product placements, advertising, or job posting or employment ads without our prior express consent.
  6. You must comply with any requirements set out in our Terms of Service
  7. Do not use AllAdmirers to stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten or intimidate anyone else.
  8. Do not use AllAdmirers to engage in misleading or deceptive conduct, or conduct that is likely to mislead or deceive any other User.
  9. Respect the intellectual property rights of Creators, including by not recording, reproducing, sharing, communicating to the public or otherwise distributing their Content without authorization.
  10. Do not do anything that violates our or someone else's rights, including intellectual property rights (examples of which are copyright, trademarks, confidential information, and goodwill), personality rights, unfair competition, privacy, and data protection rights.
  11. Do not impersonate us, one of our employees, another User, or any other person or company or falsely state or suggest any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship between you and us or any other person or company.
  12. Do not provide false account registration information or make unauthorized use of anyone else's information or Content.
  13. Do not post or cause to be posted any Content which is spam, which has the intention or effect of artificially increasing any Creator's views or interactions, or which is otherwise inauthentic, repetitive, misleading or low quality.
  14. Do not transmit, stream, or otherwise send any pre-recorded audio or video material during a live stream or otherwise attempt to pass off recorded material as a live stream.
  15. Do not use other media or methods (for example the use of codewords or signals) to communicate anything which violates this Policy.
  16. Do not reproduce, print, distribute, attempt to download, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content, except as permitted under the Terms of Service.
  17. Do not knowingly introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material into Content which is or may be malicious or technologically harmful.
  18. Do not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover or derive the source code of AllAdmirers.
  19. Do not use AllAdmirers in a way that could adversely affect our systems or security or interfere with any other User’s use of AllAdmirers, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through AllAdmirers.
  20. Do not use any automated program, tool or process (such as web crawlers, robots, bots, spiders, and automated scripts) to access AllAdmirers or any server, network or system associated withAllAdmirers, or to extract, scrape, collect, harvest or gather Content or information from AllAdmirers.
  21. Do not use AllAdmirers' name, logo or any related or similar names, logos, product and service names, designs, or slogans other than in the limited ways which are expressly permitted in the Terms of Service or with our prior written agreement.

Breaches of this Policy may lead to your account being suspended or terminated, and access to your earnings being revoked, as set out in the Terms of Service.

CONTENT MODERATION

By accessing our website, you acknowledge that you are aware of our aforementioned content monitoring strategies and policies:

1). AllAdmirers review all content before publication through a combination of built-in filtering and human moderators. Those tools flag potentially inappropriate content based on predefined criteria, and human moderators review flagged content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards.   Our dedicated team of content moderators is responsible for handling content review and monitoring. These moderators are trained in relevant policies and standards and work to ensure that published content aligns with the platform's guidelines. Additionally, our internal moderation team consists of approximate 10 members, and our team members work 3 different rotating 8 hour shifts to make sure that content is properly moderated.  The first shift is 8 am to 4 pm, the second shift is 4 pm to 12 am and the third shift is 12 am to 8 am.  These shifts ensure that content is moderated 24/7.  Our team is based in Manhattan, NY.  We are constantly, manually reviewing content to make sure that it fits our Terms of Service.  Therefore, the are no hours that collectively our team isn’t working and reviewing the website as a collective whole. 


2). Our current tools consist of keyword filtering, reporting systems, and user feedback mechanisms, which play a crucial role in identifying and addressing inappropriate content.  Non-compliant and illegal content is promptly removed upon identification. We have reporting mechanisms for users to flag such content, and moderators work to take swift action to address violations. In cases of illegal content, the platform may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities.

3). Additionally, manually monitor all content on the website.  Offenders who violate platform guidelines may face consequences such as content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent bans depending on the severity.  Each offense counts as a strike and if the offender has 3 strikes they will be permanently removed, no matter the severity of the strike.  If the strike is offense is particular severe, then the user will be suspended or permanently banned . The platform has implemented measures strikes to deter future violations, and repeat offenders will face escalated penalties.

4).   To ensure that only verified individuals appear in streams, the platform may employ user authentication or identity verification measures. This helps prevent impersonation and unauthorized use of the platform.  We also require ID verification from all verified users.   If a non-verified persons appearing on streams may result in immediate termination of the stream and further action, such as account suspension.  
The platform typically has the capability to terminate live streams if necessary. Moderators can intervene manually or through automated systems to end streams that violate guidelines or in response to emergencies. This functionality allows the platform to take swift action to address content issues as they arise.

5). Our internal moderation team consists of approximate 10 members, and our team members work 3 different rotating 8 hour shifts to make sure that content is properly moderated.  The first shift is 8 am to 4 pm, the second shift is 4 pm to 12 am and the third shift is 12 am to 8 am.  These shifts ensure that content is moderated 24/7.  Continuous monitoring and moderation of streams help maintain compliance with platform guidelines and legal requirements.  Additionally, real-time reporting mechanisms, content queues, and scheduled moderation shifts help ensure consistent monitoring and prompt response to violations.



6). Content creators are typically required to undergo ID verification to ensure they are of legal age to produce and distribute adult content. This process may involve submitting government-issued identification documents, such as a driver's license or passport, which are then verified by the platform.   At this time, however, we do not use 3rd party tools to ensure that we only working with providers accepted by Segpay.  We make sure however, that ID documents submitted by content creators are securely stored in compliance with data protection regulations. They are typically encrypted and stored on secure servers with restricted access to authorized personnel only.


7). Upon request by SegPay, we may be required to provide them IDs and signed agreements within 48 hours.  This is one of the reasons as well that you will be required to submit the aforementioned become a verified creator of the website (for monitoring and compliance).

8). Can creators post content without being verified?  All content is reviewed before it is published or viewable by other users to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards. This helps maintain a safe and appropriate environment for users.



9).  All user content is screened both before and after either acceptance or rejection.  Below is an outline of the screening process:

1. Submission: Content creators submit their material through a secure platform or portal designated for uploads.
2. Initial Screening: Automated filters or basic manual checks are performed to identify any glaring violations of guidelines or legal requirements, such as extreme explicitness or illegal content, as outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy above.
3. Categorization: The content is categorized based on its type (e.g., images, videos, written text) and any special attributes for efficient review and moderation.
4. Assignment: Each piece of content is assigned to a designated moderator or review team member responsible for assessing its compliance and suitability.
5. Review Process: The assigned moderator conducts a detailed review of the content, evaluating it against established guidelines, legal requirements, and community standards.
6. Risk Assessment: The moderator performs a risk assessment to determine the potential impact of the content on legal liabilities, audience sensitivities, and the website's reputation.
7. Consultation: In cases of uncertainty or complexity, the moderator consults with peers, legal advisors, or other relevant parties to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
8. Decision Making: Based on the review and assessment, the moderator makes a decision regarding the content's suitability for publication, flagging any issues or recommending modifications as necessary.

12. Final Approval: Once all necessary revisions are made and review concerns addressed, content approved for publication receives final approval.
13. Publication: Approved content is published on the website in accordance with categorization and user preferences, ensuring appropriate access control for different audience segments.
14. Ongoing Monitoring: Published content is continuously monitored for any changes or updates that may affect its compliance with guidelines or legal regulations.
15. Community Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any content they believe violates guidelines or standards, facilitating community engagement in the moderation process.

10).  Conditions for us Banning a User include the following:

* Users may be banned for various reasons, including but not limited to:
    * Posting illegal content, please refer to the Acceptable Use Policy Above
    * Violating community guidelines or Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy Above
    * Engaging in harassment, abuse, or other harmful behavior.
    * Repeatedly violating platform rules after warnings or suspensions.

11).  We handle repeat offenders may face escalating penalties, such as longer suspensions or permanent bans, depending on the severity and frequency of their violations.


12). If a user violates our policies outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy and/or Terms of Service pages and posts or alludes to illegal content, such as child pornography, is identified, the platform will take immediate action to remove the content and report it to the appropriate authorities. The platform cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies to address illegal activities.


13). The platform monitors messaging between users to enforce community guidelines and prevent abusive or harmful behavior. However, user privacy is respected, and monitoring is typically limited to instances where there is a suspicion of misconduct.  Please make sure that all messages follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service or you will receive a strike for violating our terms.  Our platform also implements measures to prevent the transmission of brand-damaging or illegal material through attachments. This may include file type restrictions, automated scanning for harmful content, and manual review of attachments flagged as suspicious.


14).  Individuals depicted in content can appeal for removal through a designated process outlined in our Content Removal Policy below, as well as on our Complaints Policy page.  Requests for content removal are handled promptly and with sensitivity, ensuring privacy and respect for the individual's rights.  We have a complaint process in place for reporting illegal content, with clear instructions and policies outlined on the website as well as a built-in reporting feature, which allows users to report any user or any individual content.  Complaints are handled within seven (7) calendar days maximum, including the removal of content if deemed necessary to address the violation and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

12 (c). How do you monitor a 24/7 platform with multiple performers?

our internal moderation team consists of approximate 10 members, and our team members work 3 different rotating 8 hour shifts to make sure that content is properly moderated.  The first shift is 8 am to 4 pm, the second shift is 4 pm to 12 am and the third shift is 12 am to 8 am.  These shifts ensure that content is moderated 24/7.  Continuous monitoring and moderation of streams help maintain compliance with platform guidelines and legal requirements.

The platform has the capability to terminate live streams if necessary, to address violations or emergencies.
